Some protocol functions are deliberately public: they move fees along their fixed path and take no address arguments, so anyone may run them and nobody can redirect them. You pay gas; the split is enforced on-chain.
Sweeps a graduated token's accrued Uniswap fees into the locker and splits them by the token's launch terms — creator's WETH accrues for claim, treasury is paid, Auto-Burn share is bought back and burned. Reverts harmlessly if too little has accrued or the pool price has drifted from its TWAP (retry later).
Pays the collected creator WETH out of the locker — always to the token's recorded creator, whoever presses the button. Useful to spare a creator the gas, impossible to abuse.
